Hawaiian Electric is seeking an Associate General Counsel or Senior Associate General Counsel to join its P Legal Department on Oahu. This role emphasizes construction and federal contracts and will be filled at the level best suited to the candidate’s qualifications.

Provides in-house legal services for the Companies, oversees outside counsel, and advises senior management on complex legal issues and strategic matters. Opportunity to shape corporate policy and risk management.
