Job Title: Electrical Superintendent

Company Overview:
Our client is a leading provider of electrical construction services dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions on commercial projects. The estimated pay range is $120,000 - $135,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee field operations and manage a team of Foremen and field personnel.
  • Develop project budgets in collaboration with Project Managers while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
  • Create detailed schedules and manage labor, materials, and equipment allocations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery and execution of project requirements.
  • Maintain daily logs of job site operations and report progress to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in supervising commercial electrical construction projects.
  • Journeyman or Master Electrical License and extensive knowledge of the National Electrical Code.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and business communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and project specifications with keen attention to detail.
  • OSHA 30 preferred.
