What You’ll Do
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including routine support and
medication administration
Monitor residents and document any changes in condition
Maintain a safe, calm, and respectful environment
Engage residents in meaningful daily activities and social interaction
Follow individualized care plans and maintain confidentiality
Qualifications
UWGB CBRF certification preferred (Standard Precautions, Fire Safety, First Aid
and Choking, Medication Administration)
Prior experience in a CBRF, assisted living, or group home setting preferred
Strong observation, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to support individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health
conditions, or medical needs
Professional, reliable, and consistent
Position Details
Pay: $18.00 – $19.00/hour (based on experience)
Hours: 24–40 per week
Schedule: Flexible
