Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJoin a Growing Pool Construction TeamWe're looking for a reliable, hands-on technician who takes pride in quality work and enjoys solving problems. This isn't a production-line job. You'll play an important role helping us finish projects, handle warranty items, complete repairs, and deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.If you're the type of person who notices details others miss, enjoys working with your hands, and wants to be part of a team that values craftsmanship and accountability, we'd like to talk with you.What You'll Do
  • Complete final punch-list items on newly constructed pools 
  • Diagnose and perform warranty repairs 
  • Troubleshoot pool equipment, plumbing, and automation systems 
  • Perform minor masonry, tile, coping, decking, and finish repairs 
  • Assist with equipment startups and homeowner orientations 
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers 
  • Document completed work with photos and notes 
  • Help ensure every project is delivered to the highest standard 
What We're Looking For
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field 
  • Experience with pools, construction, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, or a related trade is a plus 
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed 
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional 
  • Comfortable interacting with customers 
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record 
  • MUST speak and write in both English and Spanish
