- Run dispatched residential service calls — diagnose, price, and repair plumbing issues in customers' homes
- Perform drain cleaning, water heater repair and replacement, repipes, gas line work, fixture installs, leak location and repair, sewer camera and locate work
- Present clear options and pricing to homeowners using our flat-rate pricebook and close the sale on-site
- Document every job in ServiceTitan — photos, notes, materials, invoicing, and payment collection before leaving
- Manage your own truck stock, tools, and daily inventory accountability
- Maintain a clean, professional job site and a 4.75+ star customer rating
- Communicate with dispatch and the office throughout the day; to manage jobs from start to finish.
