Quello, a new coastal Italian restaurant from restaurateur Joe Campanale and Michelin-starred Chef Abram Bissell, is opening in Greenwich, Connecticut, and building its opening Front of House team.

We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals excited by the opportunity to join a new restaurant from the beginning and help create the service culture, energy, and guest experience that will define Quello.

We are currently hiring:

  • Servers
  • Bartenders
  • Runners
  • Support Staff
  • Hosts
  • Maître d’

Quello will offer a modern approach to coastal Italian dining, with a menu centered around pristine seafood and crudo, handmade pastas, seasonal ingredients, thoughtfully prepared meat and fish entrées, and a beverage program rooted in Italian wine and aperitivo culture.

We are looking for individuals who are warm, polished, confident, and genuinely enjoy taking care of people. Strong communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to anticipate a guest’s needs are essential.

Fine-dining experience is preferred for certain positions, but above all, we are looking for people with personality, professionalism, a strong work ethic, and a natural sense of hospitality who want to be part of building something special in Greenwich.
