Apollo Electric is seeking experienced and motivated E-2 Licensed Electricians to join our team in Connecticut. Candidates must possess a valid Connecticut E-2 Journeyperson Electrician License and have experience working on residential and commercial electrical projects.


Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and fixtures
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
  • Install electrical wiring, raceways, conduit, cable tray systems, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, panels, and switchgear
  • Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform repairs as needed
  • Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and equipment
  • Ensure all work complies with applicable NEC, Connecticut State Electrical Codes, and OSHA standards
  • Pull, terminate, and test wiring for electrical systems and control equipment
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members and other trades to complete projects efficiently


Qualifications

  • Valid Connecticut E-2 Journeyperson Electrician License (required)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work
  • Strong knowledge of NEC requirements and electrical safety practices
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and specifications
  • Experience with electrical equipment, power tools, and testing instruments
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the position
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred



Compensation - Salary/hourly rate negotiable based on experience
