Thunder Road Seeks Roadway Maintenance Crew Members!

We're looking for motivated individuals to join our road maintenance crew. Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and maintaining pavement roadways
- Routing and heat lancing
- Pavement joint Sawing
- Pavement Joint Sealing
- Driving various trucks - CDL not required
We offer:
- Competitive pay starting at $25/hour, increasing with Road Construction experience and/or CDL

- On-the-job training - no prior experience necessary.
- Stable work environment with average of 50+ hours per week

Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must pass a pre employment drug test
