Help children communicate, connect, and participate in everyday life. A Grade Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide pediatric evaluations and treatment in Charlotte, Matthews, and nearby communities. Services take place in homes, daycares, and other community settings based on each child’s needs and the therapist’s agreed service area. What you’ll do: • Complete speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. • Provide engaging, evidence-based treatment focused on meaningful communication. • Support children with speech sound, language, and social communication needs within your clinical expertise. • Coach caregivers on practical strategies they can use during everyday routines. • Collaborate with families, other therapists, and members of the child’s care team. • Complete timely documentation, progress reports, and reassessments. What we’re looking for: • A graduate degree in speech-language pathology. • An active North Carolina SLP license before beginning patient care. • CCC-SLP preferred. • Pediatric experience preferred. • Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills. • Reliable transportation for community visits.
