High End Custom Home Builder, located in Geauga County, is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled local craftsman that can work independently and efficiently to achieve a variety of tasks. It is preferred but not required that the applicant have previous residential construction experience.
General construction craftsman needed to understand the building process and utilize a specific check list for each job. Reports activities to the Project Manager on the specific sites, logs hours in Buildertrend, and assist Superintendent with procedures/punch list for quality assurance inspections. Other duties include general clean up, miscellaneous carpentry, light drywall and paint touch up, and additional assignments as needed per Project Manager request. Applicants must have misc. tools and reliable transportation.
