Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $22.00 – $32.00 per hour (Based on Experience) / Plus performance based bonuses

Position SummaryThe HVAC Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems while ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Perform preventive maintenance services
- Accurately document service work using company software
- Communicate system performance and repair recommendations to customers
- Participate in on-call rotation and overtime as required
- Maintain clean and organized company vehicle
- Valid Driver's License (Required)
- EPA Universal Certification (Required)
- Positive and professional demeanor
- $22.00–$32.00 per hour, based on experience, skill level, and qualifications
