About the Role

Join our fabrication team in Corona, CA, 92879 as a Precision GTAW/GMAW Fabrication Welder. You’ll craft clean, accurate welds on stainless steel, aluminum, and carbon steel while helping us deliver top‑tier products in a collaborative shop.

A Day in Your Week
  • Set up TIG (GTAW) or MIG (GMAW) equipment to fit the job, then lay precise, consistent beads on a range of materials.
  • Study blueprints and technical drawings to plan fit‑ups, joints, and sequences before striking an arc.
  • Verify your work through visual checks and tests to confirm strength, accuracy, and finish meet our quality bar.
  • Keep machines, torches, and hand tools in peak condition with routine maintenance and care.
  • Coordinate with teammates to hit production milestones and keep projects on track.
  • Work safely—follow shop protocols, maintain a tidy station, and champion safe habits.
  • Share ideas that improve flow, reduce rework, and elevate craftsmanship.
What You Bring
  • Hands‑on experience as a TIG/MIG welder with a portfolio or track record that shows your range and quality.
  • Welding certification or formal training preferred.
  • Solid command of welding techniques, joint preparation, and safety standards.
  • Confidence reading and interpreting technical documents and blueprints.
  • Sharp attention to detail and pride in delivering high‑quality results.
  • Clear communication and a team‑first mindset.
  • Physical stamina to handle materials and equipment throughout the shift.
