Mosquito Police LLC is a growing Wisconsin-based company with multiple businesses operating in the pest control, drone services, and consumer product industries.

We are seeking a talented, creative, and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at our Antigo, Wisconsin office.

We are looking for someone who can do more than manage social media accounts. We want a marketing professional who knows how to attract customers, generate qualified leads, increase website traffic, and turn marketing campaigns into measurable sales.

You will work directly with ownership to develop and implement marketing strategies across multiple businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn accounts.
  • Create engaging social media posts, videos, reels, and advertisements.
  • Develop creative marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
  • Edit photographs and videos for online advertising.
  • Maintain consistent branding across multiple businesses.

Digital Advertising & Lead Generation

  • Create and manage Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns.
  • Develop strategies to generate leads, phone calls, and online sales.
  • Monitor advertising performance and improve return on investment.
  • Create targeted marketing campaigns for different geographic markets.
  • Track advertising results and customer conversions.

Website Management & SEO

  • Maintain and update company websites.
  • Improve Google search rankings through SEO.
  • Manage Google Business Profiles.
  • Create keyword-focused website content and landing pages.
  • Improve website traffic and lead conversion rates.

Marketing Strategy & Business Growth

  • Develop monthly marketing plans and advertising campaigns.
  • Research competitors and identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Assist with product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve marketing productivity.
  • Track campaign performance and provide regular reports to ownership.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online advertising.
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and SEO.
  • Experience creating and editing professional videos and graphics.
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar creative software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Experience with Shopify, WordPress, Google Analytics, and AI marketing tools is a plus.
