The Atlantic Group has partnered with a large commodities trading firm. They have an immediate need for a Contract Analyst to join their Stamford, CT office. This position is a full-time contract role that’s no less than 3 months.

Position Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented Contract Analyst. This individual will review, organize, and validate approximately 140 IT and market data agreements. The role involves locating missing contracts, uploading documents into the contract management system, and verifying AI-extracted information against original agreements.

Key Responsibilities

-Locate, collect, and organize missing contracts and supporting documentation.

-Upload agreements into the company's contract management system.

-Review and validate AI-extracted contract terms against original documents.

-Identify discrepancies and interpret contractual language, including effective dates, renewal terms, and expiration dates.

-Determine applicable master agreements and flag inconsistencies for further review.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

-Experience in contract administration, paralegal work, legal operations, data analysis, or a related field.

-Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.

-Ability to review complex documents and identify discrepancies.

-Comfortable working with AI tools and validating automated outputs.

-Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
