We’re seeking an experienced Floor Manager to join a chef-owned fine dining restaurant in Los Angeles that is part of a very successful and growing multi-concept group. Known for exceptional cuisine, polished service, and genuine hospitality, this is an opportunity to join an established restaurant with high standards and a strong reputation. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and understands that great hospitality starts with the details. Whether you’re supporting service, running food, helping at the host stand, or stepping in wherever needed, you’re always focused on the guest experience and the success of the team.
You’ll play an active role in daily operations, team leadership, scheduling, ordering, and inventory management. A strong knowledge of wine and beverage service is essential, along with the ability to help develop the wine program, drive sales, and train the team to confidently speak about the list.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong fine dining restaurant management experience
- A genuine passion for hospitality and hands-on leadership
- Solid wine knowledge and a passion for beverage service
- Experience with scheduling, ordering, inventory, and daily operations
- Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
- Ability to lead a large team in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
- Knowledge of bar and beverage operations
- Events experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary up to $90,000, plus bonus potential
