About this position

Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 annually, plus performance-based bonus

Position: Full-Time General Manager
Location: Vienna, Virginia
Availability: Immediate opening

Clarity Restaurant, an established upscale dining destination in Vienna, Virginia, is seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations, deliver exceptional hospitality, and drive restaurant profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all front-of-house operations and dinner service.

  • Lead, train, schedule and develop restaurant employees.

  • Maintain exceptional guest experiences and service standards.

  • Manage labor costs, beverage costs, inventory and operating expenses.

  • Drive wine and beverage sales and strengthen guest relationships.

  • Oversee reservations, private dining and special events.

  • Maintain compliance with health, safety and operational requirements.

  • Work closely with ownership and the culinary team to improve financial performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience preferred.

  • Prior upscale or fine-dining management experience strongly preferred.

  • Proven leadership, financial management and staff-development skills.

  • Strong wine and beverage knowledge.

  • Experience managing restaurant P&L and labor budgets.

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive base salary of $65,000–$75,000.
