About this position
Evelyn Rose is seeking a Sous Chef to join our culinary team. This is a five day a week position, requiring roughly 45-50 hours per week. One year Sous Chef experience would be a plus but not necessarily a requirement. What is more important is several years of high level cooking experience. We are a 100% from scratch kitchen, with a menu the changes hyper seasonally. We are looking for a candidate to assist in culinary creativity, staff training, station management, and overall kitchen organization. This position will require the ability to work all kitchen stations and have full knowledge of all preparation. This will require a high level of work ethnic and self drive.
