Assembler – Wire Mechanics | Clearwater, FL
Temp-to-Perm | Full-Time

We are seeking a hands-on Assembler – Wire Mechanics to join an electronics manufacturing team. This entry-level role involves assembling, modifying, and inspecting wire harnesses while following wiring diagrams, work instructions, and quality standards. Training is provided with opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and modify wire harnesses according to wiring diagrams and work instructions
• Cut, strip, trim, bend, twist, and prepare wires for assembly
• Install color-coded wires into connectors and complete harness assemblies
• Use hand tools including wire cutters, crimpers, soldering irons, drills, and other production equipment
• Perform visual inspections to ensure proper wiring, connections, labeling, and workmanship
• Complete rework or minor repairs as needed
• Follow production documentation and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED
• Manufacturing, assembly, electronics, or mechanical experience preferred
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, drawings, and work instructions
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing repetitive hands-on work
• Strong attention to detail and ability to distinguish color-coded wiring
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented

Preferred: Experience with wire harnesses, cable assembly, crimping, soldering, connector installation, or electrical schematics.
