About the Position

Our client is seeking safety-minded Class A CDL drivers to haul high-value, consistent, year-round entertainment freight. This role offers modern equipment, stable income, and pay for every hour on duty, including loading, unloading, and wait or detention time.

Pay & Schedule Details
  • Regional starting pay: $27.50+ per hour
  • OTR starting pay: $28.50+ per hour
  • Guaranteed hours: 160 hours per month
  • Schedule: 40 hours per week
  • Pay frequency: Direct deposit every Friday
  • Sign-on bonus: $1,000, paid quarterly
  • Safety and performance bonuses: Awarded twice annually
  • Referral bonus: $500 per qualified referral who remains employed for 90 days
Job Details
  • Route options: Regional and OTR
  • Regional schedule: Stay out 5 to 7 days with 2 guaranteed days at home each week
  • OTR schedule: Stay out 14 or more days, with 2 to 4 consecutive days at home or 2 days off for each week spent on the road
  • Freight: High-value entertainment industry freight
  • Handling: Light-touch freight with responsibility for proper securement and loading preparation
  • Equipment: 2025 sleeper tractors equipped with APUs and refrigerators
Key Responsibilities
  • Haul consistent, year-round entertainment freight safely and professionally.
  • Complete thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
  • Maintain the safety, condition, and operational readiness of assigned tractors and trailers.
  • Use proper freight securement methods, including straps and load bars, to protect high-value cargo.
  • Communicate professionally with dispatchers, shippers, and customers.
  • Assist with loading preparation and cargo securement as needed.
Minimum Requirements
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
  • 2+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
  • Willingness and ability to run OTR routes.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary for cargo securement and loading preparation.
  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record with no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
  • Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
  • Strong commitment to highway safety and professional conduct.
