Committed to high culinary standards and exacting execution
Clean, efficient, and fast—especially during service
Proactive, organized, and capable of leading by example
Skilled in intermediate to advanced knife work and classic cooking techniques
Knowledgeable in culinary terminology, methods, and recipe execution
Takes ownership of mise en place, prep, and station quality
Strict about food safety and sanitation protocols
Team-oriented with strong communication and a drive to grow
