Job DescriptionJob Description PRST is seeking an experienced certified Plumber Apprentice for a hospitality building in Centralia, WA. This project will be six weeks or more and is a contract opportunity. In this plumber apprentice role, you will earn $28- $35 an hour DOE, weekly paycheck, and health insurance benefits. - Must be available to work a morning shift Monday - Friday 40/hours a week.
- Assist journeyman and experienced plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing work.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, piping, and equipment.
- Learn to read blueprints, plans, and plumbing specifications.
- Assist with water, sewer, drain, and gas piping installations as permitted.
- Use hand and power tools safely and properly.
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite.
- Follow company safety procedures and Washington State plumbing requirements.
- Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- At least two years of recent commercial and/or residential plumbing experience.
- Must be willing to comply with Washington State plumbing apprenticeship and licensing requirements.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Ability to work indoors, outdoors, and in various jobsite conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces, crawl spaces, and on ladders.
- Must have a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
