About this position

We are seeking an experienced *Litigation Attorney* to join our litigation team. This role requires 1+ years of litigation experience in personal injury and will be responsible for cases from inception through resolution while ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.

*Responsibilities*

* Work on all phases of the case, from filing of the complaint through trial or resolution
* Conduct and defend fact and expert depositions, leveraging testimony to advance case strategy
* Represent clients in court at hearings, motions, and other proceedings, advocating persuasively on complex issues
* Prepare and oversee trial strategy, including development of trial materials and active participation in trial proceedings
* Draft and argue substantive law and motion to shape case posture and drive favorable outcomes
* Direct discovery strategy, including drafting and responding to written discovery, notices, and objections
* Conduct complex legal research and prepare memoranda and briefs supporting litigation strategy
* Manage and oversee case progression while coordinating with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
* Maintain strategic client communications and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the litigation process

*Requirements*

* Active license and good standing with the State Bar of California
* Trial experience
* Personal Injury law experience preferred
* Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
* Knowledge of discovery procedures
* Ability to manage deadlines and work independently

*Pay*

Salary plus commission and bonuses

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
