Single-Family Residential Electrician Supervisor / Wireman needed!

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Wireman / Journeyman Electrician with 6+ years of experience to lead our field teams. This role focuses entirely on single-family residential properties, splitting your time between supervising crews on high-end custom home builds and performing residential service work as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 6+ years of hands-on residential electrical experience, with a heavy emphasis on single-family properties and custom homes.
  • Licensure: Valid Journeyman Electrician or Wireman license.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to run crews, manage timelines, and keep multiple projects moving forward.
  • Technical Skillset: Strong blueprint reading skills, experience with custom lighting/smart home layouts, and advanced troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Logistics: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Bilingual is a plus

Field Operations & Service Work

  • Custom Home Builds: Read blueprints, map out electrical layouts, and oversee complex wiring installations for unique single-family layouts.
  • Residential Service: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical issues for homeowners during standard service calls.
  • Client Relations: Maintain professional communication with homeowners, custom home builders, and project managers.


Safety & Compliance

  • Code Adherence: Ensure all single-family installations comply fully with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
  • Site Safety: Maintain safe, organized, and hazard-free job sites.
