Full-Time and Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT)
$40-$50/HR
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a privately owned Sub-Acute Rehab Facility in Syracuse, NY. As a (PT) Physical Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and make a meaningful impact in their lives.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and help restore day-to-day functionality
Provide personable solutions to our clients to accommodate their needs
Assist with restoration of patient functioning to prevent disability following injury, disease, or physical disability
Skills/Requirements:
Current New York State Physical Therapist licensure – new graduates are encouraged to apply
Responsible, caring, and dedicated Physical Therapist who enjoys helping patients and making a great impact in their personal development
Effective and engaging verbal/written communication skills
Ability to comfortably interact with people of diverse backgrounds
