About this position
We are looking to find an responsible, eager, chef looking for stable hours, consistent day time schedule, with production experience to join our team as a pastry production and fill out our inspired team for the continued busy seasons ahead.
This position is a new position in our restaurant and the ideal candidate is able to be self directed, willing to learn, stay organized and is not looking for short term employment. Pastry experience is ideal. As we enter the busy season, our pastry production has lifted and its time to grow as a team. Come crush with us!

Our kitchen shares responsibilities and works as a team to create multiple dining experiences out of our open kitchen alongside production team during the day.
The first experience is our main dining room which features seasonal pastas deracinated from tradition, and seasonal snacks and a little too much ice cream.
Our second experience, is an immersive 12 course tasting menu at our chefs counter where we cook and serve guests an incredible story representing time and place from our Midwestern palate.
4-5 day work weeks, 45-50k average pay including service charge. Health care after 90 days.
