Practice Overview
- Hybrid Model: ~50% outpatient float clinic coverage and ~50% telemedicine
- Care Model: 100% outpatient-only; zero call or inpatient duties
- Scope of Practice: Full-scope primary care and minor outpatient procedures (cryotherapy, I&D)
- Support System: Collaborative, team-based environment alongside board-certified physicians and experienced APPs
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (No nights or weekends)
- Structure: Multi-month clinic rotations for clinical continuity, paired with remote flexibility
- Patient Volume: Manageable pace (~3 patients per hour after initial ramp-up)
- Salary: Competitive base salary based on experience and training
- Time Off: 4 weeks PTO + 6 sick days + 10 paid holidays annually

- Active, unencumbered California NP or PA license
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in primary care or community health required
