Our client, a recognized leader in crane and crane component distribution, is seeking a skilled Welder to join their team on 1st shift in South Holland, IL. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to apply their welding expertise in a stable, growth-oriented industrial environment.
Job Requirements Include:
Welding certification required with 2+ years of experience.
Must submit to a criminal background check.
Must submit to and pass a drug screen.
Davis Staffing, Inc. participates in the E-verify program.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for welding (MIG) various hoist and crane components using an electric arc.
Responsible for measuring and cutting a variety of workpieces using blueprints or schematics.
Responsible for operating components such as plasma torches, grinders, and filers.
Responsible for troubleshooting issues that may arise during the fabrication process.
Responsible for operating all equipment safely and efficiently.
Job Details Include:
Temp to hire.
$22.00 per hour.
Shift: 8:00AM to 4:30PM, Monday to Friday with mandatory OT on a Saturday when needed.
