The Division President will be responsible for all key areas, including land acquisition, construction, purchasing, finance, product development, customer care, and sales and marketing. Applicants for the Division President role at the company should have in-depth knowledge of the production homebuilding industry, a deep understanding of the land acquisition environment, and a proven track record of leadership and management. The role requires a high-energy individual with experience in financial analysis, business planning, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, a minimum of 10 years in single and multi-family construction management, and at least 8 years of experience in leading teams.
