- Assemble and Wire Components: Mount enclosures, back panels, circuit boards, breakers, and terminal blocks using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment.
- Cut and Terminate Wires: Measure, cut, strip, crimp, solder, and route power or control wiring to connect electrical units.
- Test and Inspect: Conduct continuity, voltage, and functional testing to verify that assemblies meet quality standards and safety codes.
- Maintain Workspace Safety: Keep production areas clean, follow EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) guidelines, and use ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection.
