We are hiring dependable Manufacturing Assemblers for temp-to-hire positions in Melbourne, FL. You will assemble precision mechanical components using hand tools, follow technical diagrams, and maintain quality and safety standards in a team-oriented production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble small mechanical and precision components following technical instructions.
- Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment to meet daily production goals.
- Inspect finished components to detect defects and maintain quality standards.
- Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
- Report quality concerns or equipment issues to supervisors.
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small parts.
- Ability to read and follow written assembly instructions and diagrams.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
