Job Description

We are currently seeking an Electrical Superintendent! You will strive to provide safe electrical systems for a variety of customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Field Leadership & Crew Management

  • Supervise and support multiple crews across active job sites
  • Plan daily and weekly manpower needs based on project schedules
  • Mentor and develop journeymen and apprentices
  • Conduct daily jobsite walkthroughs to ensure quality and progress
  • Resolve field issues quickly and effectively
  • Project Coordination

  • Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accurate installation
  • Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and inspectors
  • Schedule and oversee inspections, testing, and commissioning
  • Track project milestones and communicate progress to the Project Manager
  • Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available when needed
  • Quality & Safety

  • Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards
  • Conduct toolbox talks and safety audits
  • Ensure all installations meet NEC, local codes, and project specifications
  • Identify and correct deficiencies proactively
  • Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain daily reports, manpower logs, and progress updates
  • Document change conditions and communicate them promptly
  • Assist with as‐built drawings and closeout documentation
  • Track material usage and minimize waste

 

​​Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of electrical field experience, including leadership roles
  • Strong understanding of NEC, local codes, and commercial/industrial installations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple crews and complex job sites
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, and specifications
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem‐solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license; OSHA 30 preferred
