Overview

We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our team as septic installers and laborers. This is a full-time, hands-on position working outdoors with an experienced crew installing septic systems.

You’ll start early, stay active throughout the day, and learn valuable skills in the septic and construction industry. If you’re someone who takes pride in your work and isn’t afraid to get dirty, this is a great opportunity to grow with a solid company.

️ Responsibilities

  • Start each day at 6:45 AM preparing for the workday
  • Load trucks with tools, materials, and equipment
  • Perform daily truck inspections (oil, tire pressure, cleanliness, etc.)
  • Travel with crew to job sites
  • Assist with septic system installations
  • Dig trenches, move dirt, and perform general labor
  • Clear job sites (dirt, trees, bushes, fences as needed)
  • Work outdoors in Florida conditions (heat, sun, weather)
  • Learn proper installation techniques from experienced crew members
  • Keep job sites and equipment clean and organized
  • Work as a team to complete jobs safely and efficiently

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday (occasional Saturdays)
  • Start time: 6:45 AM
  • Typical end time: around 5:00 PM (varies by job)
