CancerFightingLawnCare LLC is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our landscaping crew in a temporary, temp-to-hire position. This position offers the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance, attendance, reliability, work ethic, and company needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Mow, edge, and trim lawns and landscaped areas
- Operate commercial lawn mowers, weed trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment
- Trim bushes and shrubs as needed
- Perform weed removal and general property maintenance
- Remove leaves, branches, trash, and other debris from properties
- Load and unload landscaping equipment, tools, and materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and supervisor instructions
- Work efficiently as part of a landscaping crew
- Properly care for company tools and equipment
- Report equipment issues, property damage, or other concerns to the supervisor
- Perform other landscaping and grounds-maintenance duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work
- Must be able to perform physical labor throughout the workday
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull landscaping equipment and materials
- Must be able to follow instructions and work well with a team
- Landscaping or grounds-maintenance experience is required
- Driver’s license is NOT required but is a plus
- Reliable transportation to the designated meeting/work location is preferred
- Must demonstrate a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
This position will begin as temporary employment with the opportunity to become permanent. Team members who demonstrate excellent attendance, reliability, safety, teamwork, and job performance may be considered for a permanent position with CancerFightingLawnCare LLC.
