About this position
Prepare cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks according to Raik recipes.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area at all times.
Restock bar inventory, garnishes, juices, and supplies throughout the shift.
Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to guests seated at the bar.
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS operations accurately.
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and follow responsible service guidelines.
Assist servers with drink orders during busy periods.
Complete opening, mid‑shift, and closing bar duties.
