Wire feed Welder. Starting wage negotiable at interview based on experience.
4-Day Workweek | Ridgeland, WI.
This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must have prior welding experience and must be able to pass a welding test.

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform wire fed welding on steel and aluminum components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings and work orders.
- Fabricate, fit, and weld parts to specifications.
- Operate shop tools and equipment safely.
- Inspect welds for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Welding experience required (shop or field experience considered).
- Candidates must be able to pass a welding test.
- Strong Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Dependable, punctual and safety-minded.
