About the Role

The Company is seeking a Behavioral Health Executive Director to lead a team of managers across the state, providing services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and supporting recovery-oriented outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of behavioral health policies and practices, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of adult behavioral health programs. This role requires a strong focus on operational and financial performance, as well as collaboration with clinical staff, leadership, and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and maintain high standards of service delivery. Applicants for the Behavioral Health Executive Director position at the company should have a Master’s degree in a social services field of study, business, or health administration, and at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in managing executive-level staff and a deep understanding of the behavioral health industry. The Executive Director will be expected to work closely with the team to support individuals in their recovery journey, and to ensure that the services provided are in line with the company's mission and values.
