About the Role

The Company is in search of a Site Quality Director to lead and oversee all quality assurance and quality control operations at the site level. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. This role involves leading quality functions that support commercial sterile manufacturing, laboratory operations, packaging, and warehousing, and requires a strong background in current GMP regulations and pharmaceutical quality systems. The Site Quality Director will also be the primary contact during regulatory inspections, manage quality metrics, and lead a high-performing quality organization. Applicants for the Site Quality Director position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline, with a Master’s degree preferred, and at least 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including a minimum of 7 years in a quality leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a regulated manufacturing environment, experience with FDA and international regulatory inspections, and a background in supporting sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to make data-driven decisions and manage multiple priorities. Experience in operational excellence, supply chain, EHS, or finance, and a background in a global manufacturing organization, are also preferred.
