About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Medical, Clinical, and Regulatory Affairs to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership in these critical areas. This role involves leading medical affairs activities such as KOL engagement, scientific communications, and medical education, as well as overseeing the planning and execution of clinical studies and directing regulatory strategy and execution. The VP will also be expected to partner closely with commercial, quality, manufacturing, and pharmacovigilance teams to support evidence generation and product adoption. Applicants for the Vice President position must have an MD, PharmD, or PhD, with an MD being preferred, and at least 10 years of medical affairs leadership experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry. Experience in oncology, cell therapy, or immunotherapy is also preferred. The role requires a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence at the executive level, and a strong background in overseeing clinical operations and regulatory affairs. The VP will be a key member of the senior leadership team, contributing to business development strategy, and will be expected to represent the company with various external stakeholders.
