About the Role

The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for Fund Finance and Accounting. This role is pivotal in the day-to-day oversight and execution of fund operations and reporting across various complex investment vehicles. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing global fund structures, including fund-of-funds, joint ventures, and closed/open-end structures. A key aspect of the position is leading liquidity management activities such as capital calls, distributions, cash forecasting, and banking operations. The role also involves reviewing NAV packages, GAAP financial statements, and working closely with external administrators and auditors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in alternative investment structures, with a focus on credit, private equity, real assets, and partnership interests. Applicants for the Associate Vice President role at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' of experience in asset management, fund accounting, or alternative investments. A strong understanding of alternative investment structures is essential, and experience with Big 4 audit is highly valued. A CPA is preferred. The role requires a candidate who is adept at partnering cross-functionally with various teams, including investment operations, tax, investor relations, and leadership. The company is looking for a professional who can drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and scalable operational enhancements, and who is comfortable operating at the intersection of fund operations, reporting, investor deliverables, and strategic initiatives.
