Ferrari Pool Care is a growing residential pool service company based out of Manatee County, FL looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Pool Service Technician to join our team.
You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and proper chemical balance of client pools across your assigned routes. This is a hands-on, outdoor role that rewards self motivation.
Everything you need to grow and succeed is provided by the company.
Employee Pay:
- $15/per hour working 40 hours/week
- $100/week gas stipend
- Current route is 97 pools per week so roughly 20 pools per day M-F
- Weekly pay every Friday
- 1 week paid vacation during Christmas + Christmas Bonus (pending performance)
- 4th of July is a paid holiday
- Company Vehicle Provided
- All tools and cleaning equipment + chemicals paid for by the company
Must have:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Professional demeanor and basic customer service skills
- Speak English
- Physical ability to lift 50lbs repetitively
- Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including Florida heat
Responsibilities:
- Complete assigned pool service routes efficiently and on schedule (little to no callbacks)
- Test and balance water chemistry (ph, chlorine, alkalinity, salt, etc) using provided kits and chemicals
- Skim, brush, and vacuum pool surfaces, walls, and floors
- Identify and report necessary pool repairs needed to management through the Skimmer app
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and restock chemicals on truck as needed
- Communicate professionally and represent the company with pride
- Complete daily service logs via the Skimmer app for every pool (Training is provided)
