We are seeking servers, bartenders, waiter assistants, and maître d’s who have a passion for hospitality and a desire to learn and grow. Server:
- Engage in a positive work environment by promoting teamwork within the restaurant
- Properly execute steps of service with efficiency, grace, and composure
- Provide our guests with thorough and accurate descriptions of food and beverage offerings and preparations
- Maintains standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Communicate effectively with staff, management, and the kitchen
- Consistently provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests
Bartender:
- Engage in a positive work environment by promoting teamwork within the restaurant
- Properly execute steps of service with efficiency, grace, and composure
- Produce beverages according to our specifications and standards
- Provide our guests with thorough and accurate descriptions of food and beverage offerings and preparations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Communicate effectively with staff, management, and the kitchen during service
- Consistently provide an exceptional experience for our guests
Maître d’:
- Create a positive work environment by promoting teamwork within the restaurant
- Greet all guests with warmth and sincerity
- Quote accurate wait times
- Work with efficiency and a sense of urgency while remaining composed
- Effectively maintain reservations and reservation notes for each service with a full understanding of Resy
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Communicate effectively with staff and management during service
- Consistently provide an exceptional experience for our guests
