We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join our team!
The ideal candidate will be committed to maintaining high-quality standards while meeting production goals. Responsibilities include following detailed assembly instructions, ensuring accurate assembly, and contributing to a productive work environment.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret work orders, assembly instructions, and basic technical drawings.
- Assemble components, and accessories according to work orders and assembly specifications.
- Operate assembly equipment and hand tools.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and minimize rework or product returns.
- Meet production targets while maintaining accuracy and workmanship.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area, assigned tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Must have previous electrical or mechanical assembly experience.
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions and assembly procedures.
- Experience using basic hand and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a production environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to pass pre employment drug and background screenings.
Pay range: $20.00-22.00 per hour, based on experience.
