About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Strategic Partnerships to take on a pivotal role in managing and expanding its partner ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for both nurturing existing relationships with key partners and actively seeking out and establishing new strategic partnerships. This is a high-impact, revenue-owning position that requires a leader with a proven track record in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, particularly in the enterprise space. The role involves not only the day-to-day management of partner relationships but also the strategic development and execution of partnership plans to drive revenue. The VP will be expected to own a partnership-sourced revenue target, build and lead a team, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of the partnership strategy. Applicants for the VP, Strategic Partnerships role at the company should have 8-12+ years' of relevant experience, with a strong background in managing enterprise partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, including experience with wellness platforms, ben admin systems, and PEOs.
