Job description:
Shoemaker Express Care is seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner to join our growing express care team.
Position Overview
The Nurse Practitioner will independently diagnose and treat acute illnesses across a wide range of age groups in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute medical conditions
- Prescribe medications and treatment plans as appropriate
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with clinical staff to provide high-quality care
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Friday: 1:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Compensation
- Pay is competitive and based on level of experience
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the state of Tennessee
- Acute care, urgent care, or family medicine experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
