  9. Manage contractors, engineers, equipment suppliers, and service providers from scope development and safe work execution through acceptance and turnover.
  10. Manage maintenance and project budgets, utilities, tools, critical spare parts, inventory levels, supplier risks, and emergency purchasing needs.
  11. Partner with HSE and other functions to meet applicable OSHA, environmental, building, fire, electrical, and company requirements, including safe controls for hazardous work.
  12. Identify practical improvements in reliability, capacity, energy and water use, maintainability, waste reduction, and lifecycle cost.

Required Qualifications:

  2. At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in equipment maintenance, facilities management, engineering, project management, or related manufacturing operations.
  3. Experience managing manufacturing equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance programs, contractors, equipment suppliers, and technical service providers.
  4. Working knowledge of industrial mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, automation, PLC, and manufacturing utility systems.
  5. Strong project management, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, decision-making, and organizational skills; ability to read technical drawings, schematics, manuals, and specifications.
  6. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with CMMS, ERP, or similar systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
