Key Accountabilities
- Inspects and identifies equipment or machines in need of service
- Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs
- Performs general repairs that do not require specialized technician. Example may include fixing drywall, painting, and perform basic carpentry.
- Answer maintenance requests for hotel guest rooms
General Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Must be available to work weekends and night schedule (1:00pm-9:30pm)
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to maintain organization and a positive attitude.
- Must be able to load, unload, and push equipment and/or carts up to 50 pounds
Salary: $27.30 per hour
