Henderson Implement and Outdoor Power Co. is seeking a qualified Repair Ag Technician to join our Service Department at our Columbia and Fulton, MO locations. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of agricultural and light construction equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, service repairs, and routine maintenance on equipment such as tractors, combines, hay equipment, and light construction machinery
- Complete repairs both in the shop and in the field as needed
- Accurately document diagnostic findings and completed work on service orders
- Utilize and learn manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools, including New Holland software through the New Holland learning portal
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in both shop and field environments
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and diagnostic tools
- Valid driver’s license required
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and a proven track record of quality work and reliability.
Position Details:
- Full-time position
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekend work available as needed (optional)
