Key Responsibilities
- Carry out comprehensive clinical assessments to establish clients' mental health needs and challenges.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the personal goals of each client, ensuring that care is effective and individualized.
- Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions using diverse therapeutic modalities to suit various client backgrounds and issues.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide coordinated care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay abreast of new methodologies and practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications
- A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of New Jersey.
- A Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited university.

- Prior experience in an outpatient counseling setting, understanding the nuances of community-based mental health care.
