Position Description:

  • Responsible for providing clinical services relating to intake, screening, referral and psychotherapy to adults in the home and clinic setting.
  • Provide groups within a hybrid model (in-person and on-line) at least 3 times a week using Matrix Model and other evidence-based materials / practices.
  • Care Coordinate MAT program intake and screening, as well as be responsible for client scheduling of prescriber appointments and visits.
  • Individual and family counseling activities as assigned by Supervisor.
  • Community consultation and community education services.
  • Represent CREOKS to the community with the utmost professional manner.
  • Provide assessments as requested and qualified by Supervisor.
  • Maintain the clinical records system in accordance with ODMHSAS, OHCA, and CREOKS policies and procedures.
  • Participate in Treatment Team Meetings.
  • Work within multidisciplinary teams including but not limited to doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, and pharmacists to maintain high quality of client care.
  • Attend and regularly present cases in the case conference.
  • Read and be knowledgeable of all current policies and procedures of the agency.
  • Maintain a full case load as assigned and provide direct services to client (F/T).
  • Maintain daily billing average as assigned by Supervisor.
  • Turn in direct care billing and associated documentation on a daily basis.
  • Scheduling will be managed by Supervisor.
  • All other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements: 

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or related degree.
  • 1-2 years working with SUD / co-occurring clients preferred.
  • Possess a valid Oklahoma license or license eligible to practice psychotherapy.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of developmental stages.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of treatment modalities, i.e. individual, group, family and applicable clinical skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge and understanding of SUD, treatment, and outcomes
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team.
  • Core competencies in relation to individuals with co-occurring disorders.
  • Conceptual awareness of how and where community mental health services interface with allied human services organizational activities.
  • Skilled understanding of psychological testing techniques: ASI; ASAM; SASSI certifications (will train as needed).
