About this position
We are seeking a Personalized Travel Planner to help clients turn their travel ideas into organized, customized travel experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching destinations, working with people, comparing travel options, and paying attention to the details that make a trip come together.
Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, schedules, and needs
Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, activities, and experiences
Create customized travel plans and detailed itinerary recommendations
Compare travel options and help identify services that align with client preferences
Coordinate reservations, schedules, and other trip details
Communicate with clients regarding plans, updates, and special requests
Assist with itinerary changes and adjustments as travel plans evolve
Keep client information, travel details, and planning notes organized
Review itineraries for accuracy and completeness
Stay informed about destinations, travel services, and industry trends
Requirements
Strong communication and organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Customer focused and professional
Enjoys researching and learning about destinations
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
Able to work independently in a remote environment
Comfortable using email, online platforms, and digital tools
Reliable, responsive, and willing to learn
Previous travel or customer service experience is helpful but not required
